One Island East

One Island East, is a supertall skyscraper that is located in TaiKoo Place on Island East, Hong Kong. The skyscraper is a commercial office building that rises 308 m (1,011 ft) and has 59 stories of habitable office space and two basement levels. The building has 70 total floors. There is a sky lobby on the 37th and 38th floors. In addition, there are 28 high speed passenger lifts and 6 high speed shuttle lifts between Main (G - 1/F) and Sky (37 - 38/F) Lobbies. The building is the 6th skyscraper over 1,000 ft. (305 m) completed in Hong Kong. The building somewhat resembles the future tallest building in Hong Kong.
